Four Generations

As some of you know my parents have started a wonderful new Tea Room in Victoria’s vibrant little China Town. It is called Venus Sophia Tea Room and has specialty teas, organic coffees, and a delicious lunch menu.

I have decided to help them get it going and am there most days helping out. It absolutely amazes me how many different people walk through the door and what happens on the street on an hourly basis! Today the young girl below came in with her mother, grandmother, and great grandmother for her birthday. I couldn’t resist so I got a quick picture of them just before they left.

Four generations. How incredible.

Tofino Day One

A few weeks ago my good friends Andrea & Lana asked if I would like to go to Tofino with them for a weekend on Vancouver Island. Would I?! Ha try and stop me! What a lovely few days it has been already. Here are a few pics from my first day with Andrea, Lana, and her son Cole.

Some of you may notice the two dust spots. I know I know! Still here in Tofino … when I get home I will have some more time for retouching!
